About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing function and drive growth across SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, and other digital channels.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in managing international projects, handling global clients, leading digital marketing teams, and developing result-driven strategies that generate traffic, leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
- Lead and manage teams across SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, and other digital marketing functions.
- Manage and oversee international digital marketing projects for clients across different markets.
- Act as a key point of contact for international clients, understanding their requirements, business goals, and marketing objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings, strategy discussions, performance reviews, and presentations.
- Develop customized digital marketing strategies based on client industry, target market, competition, and business objectives.
- Drive organic and paid traffic, lead generation, conversions, and overall online growth.
- Plan and monitor SEO and PPC strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Define KPIs, targets, budgets, and performance benchmarks for digital marketing teams.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports, insights, and improvement strategies for clients and management.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities, trends, platforms,



and growth channels.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Content, and Technology teams to achieve business and client goals.
- Handle escalations, resolve client concerns, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing digital marketing teams.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and continuous improvement across all projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with significant experience in a leadership/management role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Analytics.
- Proven experience in managing international projects and global clients.
- Strong client-handling and account-management skills.
- Experience in conducting client calls, presentations, strategy meetings, and performance reviews.
- Proven ability to manage and scale digital marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, analytics, and ROI-driven marketing.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and reporting systems.
- Experience working with US, UK, Australian, or other international markets will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,078.85 - ₹158,149.08 per month
