The Role

We are looking for a sharp, creative, and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Delhi. You will work directly with our marketing leadership to execute digital campaigns that do two main things: create buzz to generate leads for our booth sales team, and run visitor promotions to ensure high footfall on show days. If you are a self-starter who loves social media, understands how to engage online audiences, and wants real-world experience building a major industry brand from scratch, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

- Social Media Management: Create content calendars, write engaging captions, and manage the daily scheduling across our LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook handles.
- Email & WhatsApp Outreach: Draft high-converting email newsletters and execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns to connect with trade buyers and exhibitors.
- Lead Generation Support: Assist in setting up and monitoring targeted B2B digital ads (LinkedIn and Meta) to build a solid pipeline of beauty brands and pharma manufacturers.
- Database Management: Help clean, organize,



and segment target buyer and exhibitor lists for highly personalized marketing outreach.
- On-Ground Coordination: Travel and assist the team with digital coverage during pre-event, press briefings, and final show execution.

What We Are Looking For

- Background: Recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. (Prior internship experience in events or the beauty/pharma sector is a big plus).
- Digital Literacy: Good understanding of LinkedIn, Meta suites, and basic email marketing tools.
- Design Eye: Basic proficiency in Canva or similar tools to quickly tweak promotional graphics is highly preferred.
- Communication: Robust copywriting and verbal skills in both English and Hindi.
- Energy: A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work under tight deadlines as the event dates approach.
- Mobility: Openness to travel out of Delhi for on-ground marketing campaigns and final event days.
