Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube).
2. Create monthly content calendars with engaging posts, reels, and videos.
3. Coordinate with designers and videographers for creative output.
4. Manage Chai Waale’s social media accounts, monitor DMs, comments, and boost audience engagement.
5. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
6. Track campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, GA4, and generate weekly/monthly reports.
7. Drive SEO & SMM strategies for Chai Waale’s website and LinkedIn page to improve visibility, lead generation, and engagement.
8. Optimize content and campaigns to improve Google search ranking, keyword performance, and website traffic.

Influencer Marketing Focus
1. Identify and shortlist regional food, lifestyle, and nano/micro influencers.
2. Coordinate influencer shoots, unboxing videos, and in-store collaborations.
3. Share creative briefs, ensure content delivery timelines, and monitor results.
4. Maintain long-term partnerships with high-performing creators.




5. Track influencer campaign metrics — reach, views, saves, shares, and ROI.

What We’re Looking For 1- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (F&B;/QSR experience preferred).

2- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, SEO, SMM, and Analytics tools.

3- Experience in handling website SEO, LinkedIn SMM, and Google ranking improvements.

4- Excellent communication, coordination, and copywriting skills.

5- Prior experience managing influencer collaborations is a strong plus.

6- Creative thinker with a pulse on digital trends and youth content.

7- Passionate about cafes, chai culture, and storytelling through content.
