Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns that promote Next Steps’ USMLE preparation programs, including email, social media, and search-based initiatives. Day-to-day activities include managing social media channels, creating and optimizing web content, monitoring campaign performance using web analytics tools, and coordinating with internal teams to align messaging with program goals.

The role also involves tracking key performance metrics,



proposing data-driven improvements, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Marketing, with 0 - 1 year of experience in digital campaign planning and execution.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing and the ability to create concise, persuasive, and SEO-aware copy.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to monitor performance, generate insights, and recommend optimizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Interest in education or medical exam preparation sectors is an advantage.
