We are hiring for one of our reputed client in the Real Estate industry in Pune.

We at Meher Realtors are a real estate channel partner firm specializing in builder property sales across India and the Middle East, with active expansion into new international markets. We work closely with leading developers to bring premium residential and commercial inventory to the right buyers and we're building a stronger digital presence to match our growth.

& CANDIDATE PROFILE The Role

We're looking for a hands-on digital marketing professional who can plan, create, and run campaigns across platforms and also design the creatives that go into them. This is a builder-and-doer role, not a strategy-only seat.

What You'll Do

- Plan, create, and manage digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Design creatives (static, carousel, short-form video/reels) for campaigns, property launches, and social content
- Curate and manage content calendars across social channels
- Track campaign performance and optimize for leads, cost-per-lead, and conversions
- Coordinate with the Founder & sales team to align campaigns with active property listings and
- launches




- Stay current on real estate marketing trends across India and Middle East markets

What We're Looking For

- 1–4 years of experience running paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Proficiency in design tools Canva, Photoshop, or similar
- Experience with reels/short-video creation and editing
- Strong understanding of lead-gen funnels, ideally in real estate or similar high-ticket sales
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns/creatives simultaneously
- Good communication skills you’ll coordinate with sales and leadership directly

Good to Have

- Prior experience in real estate, or channel partner sales industries
- Familiarity with CRM/lead tracking tools
- Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.)
