We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Brand Manager to independently own our complete digital presence — from social content and website to branding. This is a hands-on role for one capable person to fully manage how our company shows up online.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish Instagram and Facebook reels and posts on a regular content calendar to build brand visibility and engagement
- Design and manage the company website end-to-end, including updates, maintenance, and performance
- Create the company logo and maintain consistent visual branding across all digital platforms and materials
- Independently manage the entire digital ecosystem — social media, website, and brand identity — with minimal supervision
- Track engagement and performance metrics, and coordinate with management to align content with business goals
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role
- Proven experience creating Instagram/Facebook reels and posts, with a portfolio to showcase
- Practical experience building and maintaining websites (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or similar)
- Working knowledge of graphic design and logo creation (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain robust brand consistency
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
