WE ARE HIRING | DIGITAL CONTENT & CMS MANAGER

Don Vanzara Showbiz LLP (DVS) is building a new content team for an upcoming infotainment channel and is looking for a hands-on Digital Content & CMS Manager .

We are looking for someone who understands that publishing content is not simply uploading a video .

The person should be able to ensure that the right content, the right version, metadata, artwork and supporting assets are all in place, correctly scheduled and published across our digital platforms.

This is not a social media posting role .

It is a hands-on content operations role focused on YouTube, CMS management, content organisation, publishing and digital distribution .

The role involves:

- Managing day-to-day YouTube and digital platform publishing
- Managing CMS uploads, metadata, categorisation and content organisation
- Coordinating content assets,



thumbnails, artwork and subtitles
- Maintaining publishing calendars and release schedules
- Working closely with Content, Production, Post and Technology teams
- Tracking YouTube analytics and identifying opportunities to improve performance

We are looking for:

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in YouTube, digital content or CMS operations
- Solid understanding of YouTube Studio, metadata, SEO and analytics
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and ownership
- Experience with video/content platforms is a plus
