About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused DGM - Total Rewards & HR Reporting & Analytics Manager to support the APAC Human Resources function. This role will be responsible for driving employment cost planning, headcount analytics, HR reporting, workforce insights, and Total Rewards initiatives across the region.

The ideal candidate will combine strong compensation and benefits expertise with advanced HR analytics capabilities, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders to provide actionable workforce insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

HR Cost Planning, Reporting & Analytics

- Monitor, analyze, and provide insights on headcount evolution and employment costs across the APAC region.

- Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance teams to support annual headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

- Develop and streamline workforce planning, budgeting, and reporting processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Create, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards, scorecards, and reports using tools such as Workday, Power BI, Qlik, Glint, Excel, and other reporting platforms.

- Drive reporting and tracking of restructuring initiatives, workforce optimization, and savings programs across the region.

- Support Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and Annual Planning cycles by providing workforce analytics and employment cost insights.

- Analyze HR projects and strategic initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations to business and HR leaders.

- Act as the primary HR liaison for Finance on employment cost-related activities, including:

- Forecasting

- Accruals

- Cross-charges

- Budget tracking

- Variance analysis

- Ensure reporting accuracy, governance, and consistency across APAC operating units.

Total Rewards





- Support deployment and execution of Total Rewards programs across APAC in collaboration with country HR teams and Total Rewards partners.

- Coordinate compensation and benefits activities including:

- Annual Salary Reviews

- Bonus Planning

- Incentive Programs

- Sales & Field Incentive Plans

- Benefits Administration

- Participate in regional and global Total Rewards projects such as:

- Job Architecture

- Job Evaluation Frameworks

- Incentive Design & Optimization

- Reward & Recognition Programs

- Market Benchmarking

- Conduct compensation analysis and research to support reward strategy recommendations.

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure competitive, compliant, and market-aligned reward practices.

- Provide guidance and consultation to HR stakeholders and business leaders on compensation and benefits matters.

- Ensure governance, consistency, compliance, and best practices in Total Rewards programs across the region.

Qualification & Experience

Education

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or related disciplines.

- Postgraduate qualification in HR, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Advantages, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, or HR Controlling.

- Total professional experience should ideally be between 5 to 10 years.

- Experience supporting regional or multinational organizations preferred.

- Strong exposure to employment cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and collaboration with Finance teams.
