Your Background

You have hands-on experience working in secure, production-grade environments and bring experience from several of the following areas:

Container & Platform

- OpenShift and/or Kubernetes
- Docker containers
- Argo CD and GitOps principles

Cloud & Infrastructure

- Azure Cloud or AWS
- Networking (Azure/AWS, Kubernetes)
- Infrastructure components such Firewalls and API gateways
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux

Automation & CI/CD

- Azure DevOps
- Terraform
- Infrastructure as Code best practices
- Security automation

Observability & Security

- Splunk
- Vulnerability Management

AI & Engineering Innovation

- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, or AI-assisted software engineering concepts
- Exposure to tools such as GitHub Copilot, AI-powered developer tools, or intelligent automation platforms is an advantage
- Interest in applying AI to improve developer productivity, observability, automation, troubleshooting, and platform operations
- Experience with Software Development, TDD,



.NET, or modern application development practices is considered a strong advantage.
- Experience working in Agile or Protected environments is preferred. Experience facilitating agile teams or Scrum ceremonies is a plus.
