Python Developer Exp - Minimum 2 years | Kolkata, Mumbai

Responsibilities

- Single-Point-of-Accountability for ensuring system up-time and always-available-service.
- End-to-end managing, monitoring and maintaining of infrastructure on cloud.
- Design and implement infrastructure for delivering and running web and mobile applications.
- Install and configure variety webservers, databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching systems, queuing systems, application frameworks.
- Build automation at various levels, including code deployment to streamline release process.
- Define and set process to identify performance bottlenecks or spike in any of the system performance.
- Deploy and manage robust monitoring and alerting for entire infrastructure.
- User and access management for Linux, version control systems and other tools
- Install, setup and manage in-house version control system
- Setting up continuous integration using Jenkins and other tools
- Expertise with AWS, Linux, NGINX, GIT, Microservices, Performance optimization application security, data security,



Alerting & monitoring tools, Ansible, Linux scripting, Jenkins.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
- 2 + years of experience with various scripting languages.
- Robust background in Linux/Unix Administration.
- Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services (experience with AWS is required).
- A working understanding of code and script (PHP, Python, Java, Perl and/or Ruby).
- Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions are designed with customer user experience, scale/performance and operability in mind.
