Job Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer with 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, enterprise application deployments, release management and production environments.

You will work closely with Development, QA, Architecture, Product and Support teams to build reliable deployment processes and scalable infrastructure for our AI-based products and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage application/product deployments across Dev, QA, UAT and Production environments.
- Plan and coordinate releases, hotfixes, patches, rollbacks and deployment validation.
- Design, build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate build, testing, packaging and deployment processes.
- Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, merges, tagging and product versioning.
- Build and maintain cloud environments and manage configurations, secrets, parameters and deployment variables.
- Deploy and support enterprise applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- Work with compute, networking, storage, IAM, containers, Kubernetes, monitoring and logging.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, integration and production issues.
- Support databases, Elasticsearch and data/search services.
- Work with deployment requirements for RAG/LLM applications, vector/search components and AI workloads.
- Manage APIs, endpoints, credentials, certificates and external integrations.




- Follow DevSecOps practices and support vulnerability remediation, monitoring, incident RCA and preventive actions.
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, runbooks and troubleshooting guides in JIRA/Confluence.
- Continuously improve automation, reliability, deployment speed and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience.
- Solid experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containers.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and open-source CI/CD tools.
- Strong Git and source-code/release management experience.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
- Good Linux/Windows infrastructure knowledge.
- Experience with enterprise application/product deployments and production release management.
- Experience with configuration management, secrets and environment management.
- Working knowledge of RDBMS, NoSQL and Elasticsearch.
- Understanding of data ingestion/search and RAG/LLM application deployment requirements.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong troubleshooting, ownership, communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience working in an AI/ML or SaaS product environment.
- Experience with RAG, LLM, vector databases or AI infrastructure.
- AWS/Azure/GCP DevOps or Solutions Architect certification.
- Experience with Chef, Puppet or cloud-specific configuration tools.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, security and DevSecOps.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.

Pay: ₹398,777.90 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
