Hold a degree in Engineering or Computer Science, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in software delivery within large-scale IT projects
Have 5+ years of hands-on design and development experience in several of the relevant technology areas (GitLab, Terraform, Azure, ADO, Azure Data Lake, Azure Kubernetes Service, Spark, Databricks etc.)
Have designed, implemented and maintained CI/CD and IaC pipelines
Experience with Java or Scala or Python would be a strong advantage
Have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle – working in an Agile (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.) environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a global, cross-functional team
Flexible and resilient team player, demonstrating robust interpersonal skills and initiative to drive projects forward
Background in compliance and risk domain would be an advantage
