Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and technical support to Senior Manager and technical teams.
Prepare, maintain, and organize technical documents, reports, presentations, and records.
Coordinate meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and track action items.
Support project documentation, schedules, and status reporting.
Manage engineering files, drawings, specifications, and databases.
Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers for technical information exchange.
Maintain document control as per company standards and procedures.
Assist in procurement follow-up, inventory tracking, and office coordination activities.
Prepare Excel reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Office tools.
Maintain confidentiality of technical and business information.
Support audit, compliance, and quality documentation activities as required.

Required Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration,



or related field.
2–5 years of experience in office administration or technical coordination role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good understanding of technical documentation and reporting.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and cross-functional environment.

Preferred Skills
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, medical devices, electronics, or industrial environment.
Knowledge of ERP systems and document control processes.
Basic understanding of project management activities.
Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
