Role Description The Inside Sales Team Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for overseeing inside sales operations and driving enrollment for academy programs. This role involves managing and guiding a team of inside sales representatives, setting daily targets, and monitoring performance to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals. The Inside Sales Team Lead will handle lead assignment, support lead nurturing activities,



and personally engage with prospective learners to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions. Daily tasks include coordinating outbound and inbound calls, reviewing pipeline reports, coaching team members to improve conversion rates, and ensuring a high standard of customer service in all interactions. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation, refine sales scripts, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales experience with the ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead follow-up to closing.
Proficiency in Lead Generation activities, including qualifying leads, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and tracking conversion metrics.
Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, active listening, and relationship-building.
