Hiring: RCM AR Analyst (US Healthcare)
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst with strong expertise in denial management, payer communication, and AR analysis.

? Experience: 1-3 years in Physician Medical Billing (AR)
? Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM (Night Shift)
? Working Days: 5 Days

? Key Skills:
Denial analysis & resolution
AR follow-up & aging management (90+/120+)
Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, modifiers & payer guidelines
Strong Excel (data analysis) & PowerPoint skills
Excellent communication & escalation handling

? What You’ll Do:
Analyze and resolve denials with payers
Work on 120+ AR for collections & feasibility
Identify trends and suggest process improvements
Maintain key metrics like First Pass Resolution & Denial Rate
