Role Description The West Operations Manager: Reverse will oversee reverse logistics operations for the West region, with primary responsibility for the Mumbai location. This full-time, in office role involves managing daily reverse flow of goods, including returns processing, pickup coordination,



and routing to appropriate hubs or warehouses. The position includes monitoring operational performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring adherence to service-level agreements and quality standards. The manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as warehousing, customer service, and line-haul to resolve issues and improve turnaround times. Key responsibilities also include team leadership, capacity planning, reporting and analysis of regional metrics, vendor and partner coordination, and implementation of operational best practices aligned with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
Strong operational management capabilities with experience in logistics, supply chain, or reverse logistics in a regional or multi-site role.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of logistics or warehouse management systems to drive decisions and process improvements.
