We are hiring a Creative Head to lead and grow our in-house creative team, and to actively raise the creative bar across everything we make, rather than simply keeping the production line running. You will manage every video editor and graphic designer across our brand portfolio, own the daily production system that turns Growth Manager briefs into finished ad creative at volume, and push our creative angles forward rather than only executing what is asked of the team. This is a player-coach role. You need to be genuinely capable of picking up an edit or a design and doing it yourself, not just directing people who can.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire Creative Production team, including all video editors and graphic designers, across our full brand portfolio and any brand we add going forward.
Own creative strategy across all brands, proactively identifying current hooks, formats, and angles rather than only executing briefs handed down from Growth Managers.
Run the team's daily production system, including task assignment, the points-based workload model covering Scratch,



Stock Scratch, Hard Swap, Easy Swap, and Hook Change edits, and throughput targets, while continuing to improve volume and efficiency without sacrificing quality.
Partner directly with Growth Managers across all brands to align creative direction with what the performance data is actually showing, including ROAS, CPM, CTR, hook rate, and hold rate.
Personally edit video and design graphics or product creative when needed, since this role requires real hands-on ability rather than only review and approval.
Build and maintain a searchable library of winning creative so that proven hooks, angles, and formats are reused rather than reinvented.
Set and enforce quality standards and the review and revision process across the team.
Close the performance feedback loop by making sure editors and designers actually see how their own work performed, rather than simply being told to produce more.
