Role Description The Collection Executive is responsible for managing fee collections and payment follow-ups from students and other stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include contacting learners via phone, email, and messaging platforms,



resolving queries related to outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate records of collections in internal systems. The role also involves coordinating with academic and support teams to verify payment status, updating relevant documentation, and preparing basic reports on collection performance. The Collection Executive is expected to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality, maintain professional communication, and contribute to process improvements in the collections workflow. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior.
