Role Description The Software Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India.



The instructor will deliver classroom-based and lab-based training in computer software and related technologies, following G-Tec’s curriculum and instructional standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting interactive sessions, demonstrating software tools, guiding learners through hands-on exercises, and assessing student performance through assignments and evaluations. The role also involves providing individual mentoring, clarifying technical concepts, supporting certification exam preparation, and coordinating with the academic team to continuously update course content to reflect current industry practices. The instructor is expected to maintain a professional learning environment, track student progress, and contribute to overall training quality and student outcomes.
