We are looking for an experienced International Business Development / Global Expansion Leader to drive Capsberg’s growth into current international markets.

? What will you lead?
Market Expansion & Business Development
Identify and evaluate high-potential international markets.
Develop market-entry strategies across distributors, agri-cooperatives, institutional partnerships, government/NGO tie-ups and other channels.
Build and manage relationships with international distributors, agri-input dealers and institutional buyers.
Assess local farming practices, competition, regulations and commercial potential.
Lead negotiations and close strategic partnerships and distribution agreements.
Represent Capsberg at relevant international trade shows and industry conferences.
⚙️ Operations & Execution
Assess supply chain,



cold-chain and logistics readiness for new markets.
Work closely with Production, Logistics, R&D;, Finance and Legal teams to ensure smooth cross-border operations.
Ensure compliance with international agricultural, import-export, seed and input regulations.
Establish market KPIs and monitor performance.
Manage operational relationships with vendors and distributors.
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive timely solutions.
? Strategy & Leadership
Develop business cases and go-to-market plans for leadership approval.
Track and report market performance, opportunities, challenges and financial outcomes.
Provide strategic recommendations on where Capsberg should invest and expand next.
Partner directly with the Directors in shaping Capsberg’s global growth strategy.
