Position Summary
The Content Writer – Specialist is responsible for developing high-quality, platform-appropriate content that aligns with each client’s unique brand voice, audience expectations, and campaign objectives.
This role demands creativity, research acumen, and attention to detail to deliver engaging digital content that performs across social media, websites, campaigns, and more.
The ideal candidate has a flair for storytelling, the discipline to adhere to deadlines and guidelines, and the versatility to write for a range of industries and formats.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
1. Content Creation for Digital Platforms
Ensure adherence to client brief, brand guidelines, and platform requirements
Collaborate with the Client Success team to understand client objectives and target audience
Develop high-quality written content for monthly calendars, performance campaigns, websites,



and other digital assets
2. Research and Trend Analysis for Content Optimization
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in consumer behavior
Research competitors and industry leaders to identify content gaps and opportunities
Monitor and propose innovative content ideas based on social media trends and audience preferences
3. Editing and Proofreading
Ensure consistency in tone, grammar, and language for every client, in line with their branding
Create and deliver content with less than 5% changes in feedback rounds
Ensure adherence to the editorial style guide across all output
