Role Description The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Shimla, responsible for overseeing daily operations of all food and beverage outlets. This includes planning menus, coordinating kitchen and service teams, ensuring product quality, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The role involves managing customer experience, resolving guest concerns, supervising staff scheduling, training team members,



and monitoring inventory and procurement. The Food and Beverage Manager will also handle budgeting and cost control, support promotional activities, and collaborate with other departments to deliver efficient and consistent service. Regular performance reviews, compliance checks, and continuous improvement of processes are central to this position.
Qualifications

Robust expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning and quality control.
Demonstrated ability in Customer Service, with a focus on guest satisfaction and service recovery.
Experience in Training, including coaching, mentoring, and developing food and beverage staff.
Proficiency in Budgeting, cost control, and basic financial reporting for food and beverage outlets.
Prior experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a supervisory role within hospitality.
