Role Description This is a full-time, in office Salesperson role based in Bhuwneshwar (Odisha). The Salesperson will promote Tata Pension Fund’s NPS offerings to prospective and existing clients, explain product benefits, and guide individuals through enrollment and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings, delivering presentations,



and following up to close sales in alignment with organizational targets. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with local partners, ensuring accurate records in internal systems, and providing ongoing support to clients. The Salesperson will collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on regulatory changes, product features, and market trends, while maintaining high ethical standards and customer-centric service.
Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets in a financial services or related environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including clear explanation of financial products to diverse customer groups.
