Overview

Luminaide is looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to manage our own social media presence as well as a small portfolio of client accounts.

This is a hands-on role covering social media strategy, content planning, page management, client coordination, paid advertising, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be able to understand a business objective, turn it into a practical social media strategy, and drive meaningful engagement and leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to audience interactions, and optimizing content based on performance metrics.

What you'll do (Role Description)

Manage Luminaide's social media channels and 2–3 client accounts.
Create monthly content calendars and social media strategies based on business goals.
Manage day-to-day page activities including publishing, scheduling, community engagement, and page optimisation.
Develop content ideas and briefs for social media creatives, reels, campaigns, and other formats.




Work with designers and content creators to get content produced and published on time.
Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns, including lead generation campaigns.
Develop social media and lead generation plans aligned with client objectives.
Coordinate directly with clients, understand their requirements, and manage regular communication.
Track campaign and page performance and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay updated on social media platforms, content formats, advertising tools, and emerging trends.

What we are looking for
2–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads Manager.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
Experience managing social media pages and creating content calendars.
Understanding of paid social campaigns and lead generation.
