We work closely with founders by providing incubation, acceleration, mentorship, investor access, strategic guidance, and ecosystem support to help build scalable businesses.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Incubation Executive to support the planning and execution of startup incubation and accelerator programs. The ideal candidate should have an interest in the startup ecosystem and be passionate about supporting founders, coordinating programs, managing stakeholder relationships, and contributing to a robust entrepreneurial community.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination
Support the planning and execution of incubation and accelerator programs.
Coordinate program schedules, workshops, mentoring sessions, and networking events.
Ensure smooth coordination between startups, mentors, and internal teams.
Track program timelines and support the achievement of key milestones.
Startup & Founder Engagement
Act as a point of contact for incubated startups and founders.
Support founders with regular follow-ups and program-related requirements.
Conduct startup progress tracking and maintain regular communication.
Identify founder requirements and connect them with relevant mentors, experts, or internal teams.
Assist startups throughout their incubation journey.
Mentor & Ecosystem Coordination
Coordinate with mentors, industry experts, investors, corporates, and ecosystem partners.
Schedule mentoring sessions and ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
Maintain mentor and stakeholder databases.
Support relationship-building activities with universities, incubators, accelerators, and other ecosystem partners.
