We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting and
financial operations. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing
transactions, supporting reconciliations, and assisting with taxation, payroll, and compliance
activities.
This role is suitable for candidates who have a strong foundation in accounting and are looking to
build hands-on experience in a growing organization.
Location: Onsite – Surat, Gujarat
Experience: 0–2 years
Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Up to ₹22,000/month, based on experience and skills
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 40 hours/week

Core Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions
• Record and manage purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries
• Process invoices, bills, reimbursements, and vendor payments




• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement records
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and supporting financial documents
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support accountants/auditors during audits and financial reviews
• Assist with tax filings and compliance documentation
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and updated on time

Ideal Candidate
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial transactions
• Good knowledge of debit/credit, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance
• Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy
