Role Description The Planning Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, responsible for overseeing project planning across residential and mixed-use developments. This role involves preparing and monitoring project schedules, coordinating design and construction timelines,



and aligning plans with regulatory requirements and company standards. The Planning Manager will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure milestones are met and resources are optimized. Daily responsibilities include tracking progress, analyzing risks and delays, updating planning reports and dashboards, and supporting decision-making with data-driven insights. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently and in line with strategic objectives.
Qualifications

Strong project planning and scheduling skills, including experience with tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
