Our client provides professional car detailing training for individuals looking to learn detailing, start their own detailing business, or build a career in the automobile detailing industry. The training is conducted offline in Surat and includes hands-on practical training in professional car detailing techniques, machines, products, and industry-relevant skills.
Job Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to handle PAN India leads for our car detailing training programs.
This is an inside sales and business development role. There is no walk-in customer handling. The candidate will connect with customers through calls, understand their requirements, explain the training program, and convert them for offline training in Surat.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle PAN India inbound leads for car detailing training.




Make outbound calls to new leads and understand their requirements.
Explain AutoFresh Detailing Academy and offline training program.
Clearly communicate course benefits, duration, fees, certification, and training process.
Identify customer intent (career growth, business setup, or skill development).
Convince and guide customers to attend offline training in Surat.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads.
Maintain proper follow-up until conversion.
Handle customer objections related to fees, location, duration, etc.
Arrange Zoom calls if required to explain the program in detail.
Coordinate with trainers for technical or training-related queries.
Convert leads into confirmed enrollments.
Maintain daily lead tracking and follow-up records.
Achieve monthly enrollment and sales targets.
Ensure smooth handover of confirmed students to the training team.
