About the Role:
We are looking for a driven B.Tech/B.E. graduate to join our Balanagar plant as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET). This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to appliance production divisions. Under the mentorship of senior engineers, you will learn to manage shop-floor operations, drive process efficiency, and uphold rigorous industrial safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily shop-floor activities and workflow to ensure production targets are met consistently.
Assist in tracking machinery downtime, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all outputs meet strict compliance and safety specifications.
Maintain accurate daily production logs, material consumption records, and shift reports.
What We Are Looking For:
Fresh graduates with a B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
A solid understanding of core mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
Robust analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and the readiness to work in rotating floor shifts.
