a. Key Responsibilities
1. AIF Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of AIFs, including investor onboarding, subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, redemptions, and fund-related documentation.
2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI AIF Regulations, circulars, guidelines, notifications, and other regulatory requirements.
3. Compliance Monitoring: Maintain the compliance calendar, track regulatory timelines, identify compliance gaps, and ensure timely closure of compliance requirements.
4. Regulatory Filings & Reporting: Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate submission of applicable SEBI, RBI, FIU, FATCA/CRS, MCA and other regulatory reports and filings.
5. KYC & AML Compliance: Oversee investor KYC, AML checks, UBO verification, sanctions screening, and ongoing due diligence as applicable.
6. Fund Documentation: Maintain and monitor AIF-related documents including PPM, contribution agreements, investor records, registers, declarations and other statutory records.
7. Audit & Inspection: Coordinate with internal/statutory auditors,



fund administrators, legal advisors and regulators and support regulatory inspections and audits.
8. Fund Governance: Assist in Investment Committee, Trustee/Board/Designated Partner meetings, preparation of agendas/minutes, and implementation of governance-related actions.
9. Regulatory Updates: Monitor changes in SEBI and other applicable regulations and communicate relevant updates and action points to management and concerned teams.
10. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with fund managers, investors, fund administrators, legal advisors, auditors, trustees and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.

b. What We're Looking For
1. Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Law, Business Management or a related field.
2. Mandatory: NISM-Series-III-C – Securities Intermediaries Compliance (Fund) Certification for the Compliance Officer role.
