Objective of the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operations management, managing cross-functional teams, electronic parts and components analysis, and market research.

Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such OEM, Manufacturing units, suppliers etc.
Documentation: Create and maintain day-to-day documentation,



including VA/VO process (variant application /ordering).
Market research: Capturing relevant information of competitors from online/ offline sources. Research includes feedback from consumers.
Prototyping & Testing: Assemble prototypes and conduct testing using lab equipment.
Part analysis: Analysis of electrical and electronic components.
Jig creation : test jig creation based on test requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (EE), or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of skilled experience.
