Role Description The Channel Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for driving sales growth and channel performance across Capri Loans’ product portfolio.



This position focuses on managing and expanding relationships with channel partners, including distributors, agents, and branch teams, to ensure effective promotion of lending solutions and fee-based products. Daily activities include planning and executing channel sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting partners with product knowledge, marketing materials, and training. The Channel Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize customer service, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, and implementing initiatives to achieve revenue and productivity targets.
