Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor who wants to build a career in video production, visual storytelling, digital content, and B2B brand communication. As an Associate – Video Editing & Content Production, you will work closely with the marketing team to produce engaging video content for social media, YouTube, corporate communications, events, campaigns, and executive branding initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B technology marketing, enterprise branding,



professional video production, and modern creative workflows including AI-assisted content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Post-Production
Edit long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms
Create Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, interviews, podcasts, webinars, event highlights, and corporate videos
Edit executive personal branding and thought-leadership content
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos and social formats
Select and arrange footage to create strong narrative flow and viewer engagement
Add music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles, graphics, and other visual elements
Handle basic colour correction, audio cleanup, and video enhancement
Creative Storytelling
Understand the objective of each video and translate it into an effective visual story
Develop concepts, hooks, storyboards, shot lists, and editing ap
