Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Own a defined geographic territory: build solid and successful relationships with the assigned restaurant partners
Field-intensive engagement: Conduct in-person visits, walking restaurants through product demos, ROI analysis, and present how working with Swiggy is a mutually beneficial relationship
Consultative selling: Diagnose restaurant needs through questions about their current channels, delivery logistics, marketing spend, and business goals. Position Swiggy’s products as solutions, not features
Relationship management: Manage the full lifecycle each month, pitching, negotiation, activation, and ongoing support to the restaurant partner
Data-driven problem solving: Track adoption metrics, identify why restaurants aren't growing, troubleshoot issues, and course-correct
Revenue responsibility: Own targets within your territory; track your own pipeline a
