Job Brief
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities, ensure timely payment processing, maintain SLA compliance, and support smooth internal coordination across departments.
Responsibilities
· Process and manage payment loading activities accurately and within defined timelines
· Ensure SLA adherence across all operational processes and flag deviations proactively
· Handle end-to-end operational tasks as per defined Job Description (JD) and internal SOPs




· Maintain accurate and updated documentation for all operational and financial processes
· Coordinate with internal departments/teams for smooth workflow execution
· Track and follow up on pending payments with relevant stakeholders/vendors/clients
· Raise, process, and track Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely closure
· Maintain records of transactions, approvals, and communications for audit and reporting purposes
· Identify process gaps or delays and escalate/resolve them in a timely manner
· Support the operations team in day-to-day administrative and reporting tasks
Key Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or related field
· 1–3 years of experience in an Operations, Back-Office, or Payment Processing role (preferably in IT/service industry)
· Strong knowledge of MS Excel and documentation practices
· Valuable understanding of PO processing an
