Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role supports the sales team in driving corporate catering business growth through prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up with potential and existing clients.



Responsibilities include assisting in preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating client meetings and product tastings, and maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM or tracking tools. The Assistant Sales Manager will collaborate closely with operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth order execution, timely delivery, and high levels of client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks also involve monitoring sales performance, preparing basic reports, supporting promotional activities, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
Robust sales and client relationship skills, with the ability to identify prospects, nurture leads, and support contract closure.
Basic knowledge of business development and marketing activities relevant to food services or hospitality.
