As a CCE, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling
inbound calls and providing timely and accurate assistance. Your role is crucial

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer
inquiries and concerns.

* Offer effective solutions and alternatives to customer issues, demonstrating
a problem-solving mindset.
* Maintain a positive and friendly attitude throughout interactions, creating a

* Document and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the
appropriate team or supervisor.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high
standard of customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for
candidates with a college degree or relevant certification.
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center
environment, preferably in the BFSI industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
articulate complex information clearly.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a
customer-centric approach to resolving issues.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management
(CRM) software.
