Role Description As a Tech Lead – Backend (Node.js) at Skeps, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of scalable backend services that power our POS financing platform. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurgaon and involves owning technical architecture,



guiding implementation of APIs and microservices, and ensuring performance, security, and reliability of backend systems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, QA, and DevOps to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, conduct code reviews, and maintain coding standards. The role includes mentoring backend developers, troubleshooting complex production issues, optimizing databases and integrations, and contributing to best practices in software development and deployment. You will also participate in sprint planning, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering organization.
Qualifications
