Location: Mumbai (Workplace-based role)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5-day week) + Alternate Saturdays

Work Mode: Fully On-site

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
1–3 years of experience in planning, drafting, or a related role
Must hold AutoCAD certification
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of 3D drafting/modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Revit, or similar) is preferred
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, along with interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and regulatory compliance
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Key Responsibilities

Planning Responsibilities

Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones using MS Project, MS Office, or similar tools
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks,



and propose timely corrective actions to meet deadlines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define resource requirements (manpower, materials, equipment)
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Conduct site visits for measurements, surveys, or client meetings as required

Drafting Responsibilities

Create, review, and update technical drawings, blueprints, datasheets, and schematics using AutoCAD
Modify existing designs based on evolving project needs and client feedback
Ensure all drawings comply with applicable industry standards, safety codes, and regulatory norms
Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to resolve design-related issues during execution

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to align drafting and planning efforts with design intent
