JD : Network Engineering - Tier III Support Services: ● Serve as a technical
escalation point for lower-level NOC, such as Tier I and Tier II. ● Technical
reviewer of NOC Tier II’s projects and changes. ● Develop / Review MoP for the
NOC in executing change or troubleshooting an issue. ● Experience with routing
and switching technologies and protocols including TCP/IP, IPv6, BGP and OSPF ●
Knowledge in Firewalling concepts ● Valuable knowledge in IPv4 addressing &
subnetting. ● Experience with Enterprise and Service Provider network hardware
platforms and architectures, ● Experience working with Service Provider Teams
for faults with WAN Circuits ● Document incident report, troubleshooting steps
taken, and lessons learned. ● Lead Problem management tickets associated calls
and coordinates to generate a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report. ● Proactive
identification of the potential point of failures and critical segments based on
ticket or log trends. ● Recommendation/analyze any gap on architecture to enable
Service Level Objectives (SLOs). ● Report NOC’s performance through Monthly
Business Reviews
