Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Project Manager to lead the successful execution of customer orders from initial acquisition through to final delivery. This role is critical in ensuring seamless project flow,



fostering robust internal and external communication, and driving adherence to critical timelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a natural problem-solver, and possess a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Customer Order Management (Monitoring & Execution):
Take ownership of customer orders from the point of acquisition (purchase order) through to successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans & schedules for each customer order.
Monitor project progress diligently, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
Ensure all project activities align with customer requirements, internal specifications, and company standards.
Milestone Monitoring & Interface with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT):
