The MIS Executive will play a crucial role in our Credit Card Support
department, ensuring efficient and accurate MIS reporting. This role involves
working closely with various teams to gather and analyze data, generate reports,
and provide valuable insights to drive business decisions. The successful
candidate will have the prospect to contribute to the bank's growth and
success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Generate and maintain MIS reports as per the defined timelines and formats.
* Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of
improvement.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs
and provide customized solutions.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation
processes.
* Develop and maintain efficient data collection and reporting systems.
* Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management, providing clear and
concise insights.
* Assist in ad-hoc data analysis and reporting projects as required.




* Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MIS reporting.
* Liaise with IT teams to resolve any technical issues related to data
extraction and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in MIS reporting or data analysis roles, preferably
in the banking industry.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
* Knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages is preferred.
* Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.
* A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
