About Be Limitless
Be Limitless is a feature-rich job search marketplace — built as a hybrid of Naukri.com, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The platform brings together customers (employers and recruiters) and candidates (job seekers) in one place, with the discovery and engagement layer of a social platform and the intent-driven matching of a job board.
We are well-funded and putting real capital behind scaling this platform aggressively.
The Opportunity
We've built the product. What we haven't cracked yet is the classic marketplace cold-start problem: getting both sides — customers and candidates — active on the platform at the same time, and keeping them there.
This role exists to solve exactly that. There is no existing playbook to execute — the person in this role will build one from scratch, through direct hustle, before it becomes a repeatable growth motion for a wider team to scale.
Key Responsibilities
• Own early-stage growth across both sides of the marketplace — customers and candidates — as a single, accountable owner of the cold-start problem.




• Personally drive acquisition of the first 100 customers and the first 1 lakh candidates through direct outreach, partnerships, community-building, and hands-on growth tactics.
• Design and run unconventional, low-cost go-to-market experiments; double down on what works and kill what doesn't.
• Build the early acquisition and retention playbook — the foundation a growth team will scale once traction is proven.
• Work closely with product and marketing to turn direct market feedback into rapid platform improvements.
• Track and report on growth metrics, and iterate quickly based on data rather than assumption.
• Act as the face of Be Limitless in the market during this early phase — building direct relationships with founding customers and candidate communities.
