ABOUT THE ROLE

MediaXpedia is looking for a Affiliate Sales Manager– International (CPI) who will be responsible for identifying potential international clients, pitching our affiliate marketing solutions, and generating recent business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and pitching skills, a business development mindset, and an understanding of CPI (Cost Per Install), affiliate marketing, mobile app marketing, and performance marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and research potential international clients, advertisers, app owners, agencies, and brands who can run CPI-based affiliate marketing campaigns.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, industry databases, referrals, and other B2B channels.
Reach out to prospective clients and introduce the company's affiliate marketing and performance marketing solutions.
Conduct client calls, meetings, and presentations to understand their acquisition requirements.
Understand client requirements including target GEOs, app category, install volumes, KPIs, payout expectations,



targeting, and campaign objectives.
Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for prospective clients.
Negotiate payouts, volumes, campaign terms, and commercial conditions with clients.
Convert qualified leads into active clients and generate new revenue opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients.
Coordinate with internal Affiliate, Campaign Management, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure successful campaign launches.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, client acquisition, revenue, and business development targets.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

2–3 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of CPI / CPA affiliate marketing and mobile app user acquisition.
