The Team Lead II, Accounting oversees the delivery and performance of services within the Record-to-Report subprocess, ensuring efficient and high-quality processes and compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Responsible for managing a medium-sized team (direct reports only).
How you will contribute
Oversee the Record-to-Report (RTR) subprocess,



ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded, reported, and compliant with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete financial reporting, including management of journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments in line with internal controls.
Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of financial data.
Ensure adherence to SOX/internal controls and support internal and external audits through timely resolution of audit queries and remediation of identified issues.
Manage optimal utilization of team resources by balancing workloads, driving productivity, and delivering against established KPIs, SLAs, and performance targets.
Identify process inefficiencies, root causes, and operational risks, implementing corrective and preventive actions while
