Relevant experience in corporate, commercial, or documentary filmmaking, preferably within HR, training, or employer branding contexts.
Proficiency with professional digital cinema cameras, lenses, stabilizers, and related production equipment.
Understanding of basic post-production processes and collaboration with editors and sound teams.
Robust communication, teamwork, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Formal education in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
