Role Description:

The Finance Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role oversees day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounting processes,



preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting. The Finance Controller will monitor budgets, track cash flows, support forecasting, and provide analytical insights to guide business decisions. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations, coordinating audits, and implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets. The role also involves partnering with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, optimize financial performance, and contribute to long-term financial planning.
