Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Operations Executive to join our team at Green Pista Labs. This role is ideal for someone who can drive business growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering an excellent customer experience.





Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
Oversee order fulfillment and dispatch with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data.
Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Support logistics and inventory management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of business operations and customer relationship management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada) is mandatory
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace
