We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Strategic Partnerships & Experience Support - Associate to anchor our growing partner network, which includes external consultants, expert facilitators, coaches,



and subject-matter specialists. This role plays a critical function at the intersection of partner engagement, internal coordination, and delivery support, ensuring each partner is enabled to deliver their best. You’ll be the key link that supports seamless onboarding, enables successful project delivery, and nurtures long-term relationships across our extended talent ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:
Partner Onboarding & Engagement: Lead the onboarding journey for new consultants, facilitators, coaches, and domain experts-covering documentation, credential verification, introductions, and familiarization.

Database & System Management: Maintain a dynamic, up-to-date database of partner profiles, certifications, areas of expertise, availability, and engagement history.

Project Alignment & Matching: Support the process of identifying the right-fit partner for upcoming engagements by mapping capa
