Role Description: The Head of Marketing is a full time on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for leading Aufait’s overall marketing strategy and execution. This role oversees brand positioning, integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and demand generation activities to support business growth in product engineering and digital transformation services. The Head of Marketing will manage market planning,



guide market research, and collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align messaging, collateral, and go-to-market plans. Daily responsibilities include managing the marketing team, setting performance metrics, supervising content and public relations activities, optimizing marketing budgets, and reporting on campaign effectiveness to senior leadership. The role also involves strengthening the company’s presence in target markets, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring consistent, differentiated communication across all channels.
